Todays receipe is Vegeterian Sandwich
2 Slices of Whole grain bread slices
Eggless mayonise - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1
Avocado - 1
Lettuce - 1
Sea salt or kosher salt as per taste
1. Toast the bread in the toaster.
2. Apply generously mayo on one side of each bread.
3. Cut Tomatoes and sprinkle some salt on it and keep aside.
4. Take the avocado , deseed the avocado. Remove the skin. You only need half avocado.
Sprinkle salt on keep aside.
5. Now take a bread side. Place the tomatoes on the side where you applied the mayo.
Now put a lettuce leaf on it. Now place avacadoes which are seasoned with salt and place the other bread piece on it and serve.
